Retrofit Work
Jones and Father LTD have carried out a large number of retrofit modifications where Oil Circuit Breakers have been removed from 11KV panels and SF6 circuit breakers have been installed to replace them.
This includes modifications to control circuits (in most applications, installation of Local/Remote and Trip/close switches) and installation of Trip/Close interposing Relay and Low Gas Relay. The majority of these mods carried out with a shutdown period of less than eight hours.
